Peterborough 132kV & 33kV Reinforcement

Scope of Works: Installation of emtelle ducts and cable over a 2.3km route, in the highway, between Peterborough Central and Peterborough South grid substations.

• Installation of 2 blocks of 160mm Emtelle ducts, in trefoil, for 132kV circuits, plus pilot duct (500mm circuit separation).
• Installation of 4 x 630Al, 33kV circuits in 200mm duct, plus pilots, single trench.
• Cable pulling / joint bay excavation & reinstatement.
• Traffic management and Nene Valley rail crossing.
