Utility Installation Projects Ltd is a privately owned company established in 2002 by Managing Director Clifford Clackson to serve the growing demands of the civil engineering and construction Industry.

With many years experience as a highly respected Construction Manager for a global plc. Cliff was ideally placed to start his own distinctive company.

Under Cliff’s expert management, the company has grown year on year and now employs over 30 fully qualified staff. Operating in all aspects of the construction, project management and civil engineering industry. Utility Installation Projects head office has been purpose built and is strategically located to give their teams easy access to the A14, A12, M25 and major air and sea ports.

Graham Clackson is the company’s Project Director. Graham also has many valuable years of experience enabling him to ensure the smooth running of all major projects.

The company has always invested heavily in its’ employees who are given regular training updates and opportunities to increase their qualifications.

Health and Safety is paramount on the company agenda and regular audits are carried out to ensure that our high standards are maintained. All site gangs are provided with Team Packs and given training, so that Utility Installation Projects, are confident in the knowledge, that their staff are working as safely as possible on site, in turn ensuring the safety of themselves and the people around them.

Utility Installation Projects are acutely aware of the importance of having the latest and highest quality plant and equipment in order to provide the customer with a superior and safe service. To this end much of the Utility Installation Projects’ plant and machinery is unique to specific tasks. They are currently having a bespoke cable drum transporter built to their own specification and exacting standards in order to offer further services.
