Utility Installation Projects are situated in the heart of East Anglia , having excellent links to the Midlands via the A14 and the South East via the A12 and M25. We are based in purpose built offices at Town House Farm, Hadleigh Suffolk.

With good access to all parts of the Country including all major International airports and seaports we are able to offer a fast and reliable service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Our offices are located in the idyllic Suffolk countryside among 75 acres of farmland and have wi-fi capabilities, meeting room facilities and plenty of parking space.

We also have a variety of other buildings on site including barns, workshops and safe storage facilities for all our company owned plant and materials. Our location itself is extremely secure with a gated entry system.
